InMotion is back -- and better than ever!
InMotion is all about being active and moving, in whatever way you want, biking, running, walking, swimming, etc. We encourage anything that gets you InMotion!
How Does it Work?
Spend just 30 minutes a day moving your body and help fund fitness programs for individuals with disabilities. You can walk, jog, bike, dance, or participate in a fitness class or sport. Commit to being in motion every day for 30 minutes in our 30-for-30 InMotion Challenge.
Ask your friends and family to support your wellness and your commitment to raising a minimum of $200 for your month of activity.
As soon as you register, you will receive access to your own fundraising page to personalize and share your own InMotion goals!
