You are cordially invited for a day of golf and inspiration at the annual Envision Classic, Monday, September 30, 2024.
Olympia Fields Country Club has hosted the 2015 US Amateur Championship, the United States Open Championship (1928, 2003), the PGA Championship (1925, 1961), the 2020 and the 2023 BMW Championship, just to name a few.
Join Envision Classic Event Chair Dan Proft, host of AM560 The Answer in Chicago, your friends and colleagues for an incomparable afternoon of golf and discovering more about the full spectrum of care Envision Unlimited provides that promotes choice, independence and inclusion for individuals and their caregivers across Illinois.
The range opens at 10:30am with a shotgun start on the North Course at noon with lunch at The Turn. After your last putt there is a reception, awards and dinner in the Clubhouse.

To be a participant in the Envision Classic,
an individual golfer's fee is $1,500
and a foursome's is $6,000.
