Reflecting on the amazing work throughout our organization, we’re spotlighting Courtney Atkinson, Assistant Director of Clinical Services. In addition to community outreach and building referral partnerships, Courtney oversees two of our mental health programs: Outpatient Clinical Services and the Healthy Chicago Mental Health Collective, both of which offer individual therapy through our Ravenswood Community Mental Health Center and telehealth.
“I've always been passionate about working in Community Mental Health Centers,” Courtney said. “Being able to provide services to people who might not otherwise have access to care is incredibly meaningful to me.”
Since joining Envision Unlimited in 2024, she has found daily inspiration in helping her clients live more fulfilling, independent lives, and she strives to be a supportive leader for her dedicated team.
“Building strong partnerships and connections in the community helps us reach even more people who can benefit from our programs,” she said. “I'm grateful to be part of an organization that helps shine a light on the importance of mental health.”
