Journey of Hope Friendship Visit Ride Along

Envision Unlimited Westtown Center|1801 N Spaulding Ave|Chicago, IL 60647

Welcome cross-country cyclists from fraternity Pi Kappa Phi’s The Ability Experience. The group makes their Chicago “friendship visit” to Envision Unlimited as part of its annual Journey of Hope ride from the West Coast to Washington DC which raises awareness about people with disabilities. For nearly 30 years, The Ability Experience riders have come to our Westtown Center to meet with Envision members and supporters to promote the benefits of cycling.

Join our Buddy Biking program participants, with and without disabilities, as we take our tandems to the far western end of the 606 Trail and ride with their team to Westtown Center. You can also bring your own bike to ride or line the trail with other members and volunteers to cheer the riders as they pass by.

Once everyone has arrived, join the party at Westtown Center and learn more about our Adaptive Cycling program.
